Great to see two additional WRN inhibitors in addition the covalent inhibitors we recently reported ( aacrjournals.org/cancerdiscover…) in Cancer Discovery Very rewarding to see WRN inhibitors progress from their discovery (nature.com/articles/s4158…) and basic science to the clinic!
