Trump on tv on Christmas morning, speaking of Moscow Mitch: “He has the right to do whatever he wants; he’s the head of the Senate.” It’s the same frame of mind that’s reflected in Trump’s BS about his own rights as POTUS: “ I can do whatever I want. I have Article II.” Well, no.
