I am shocked about the level of misinformation and ignorance in this speculative and highly distorted opinion in The i paper. Written by Clare Wilson who proclaims to be informed.We need to acknowledge the suffering of millions individuals with persistent symptoms of LongCOVID.

So countless scientists, immunologists, epidemiologists, virologists & medical lab scientists like myself are a bunch of "scaremongers" according to this reporter who I doubt has spent a single day working in hospitals or doing any type of covid related scientific research. 🤔

Constructively: We may need to dig deeper, as the whole LC spectrum is wider and also has some special aspects related to age, gender, variant and body systems involved, for instance! ➡️ Don't generalise. Differentiation is needed, making the LC picture even more complex! 🤔
