Ah. Well, it's not an image of the entire entrance, but according to this Nov 4, 2022 photo on Johnson's own Facebook page, he at least used to have a different flag where the Appeal to Heaven flag is now (image on right for comparison).

Honestly if we really don't have images of Johnson's entire office entrance (both sides of the door) until he became speaker that's kind of wild.

Usually there are images outside a rep's office with visitors and lobbyists, etc., or some group protests the office at some point.

I get that they're, like, bad, but I'll never understand why the Chicago — the third most-populous city in the U.S. — just…doesn't support their soccer team. At all.

Cities half the size of Chicago show up for their teams in droves, but it seems like no one goes to Fire games.

FWIW, that's kind of the big question regarding 'Appeal to Heaven' flags.

When Johnson, Alito, etc claim to have no knowledge of the flag's Jan 6 ties and suggest they're just fans, then one wonders: okay, have you literally ever flown it this way before Jan 6? If not, why not?
