My theory: Inflation hurts incumbent governments re-election odds. Bu also: The BC NDP seems disorganized. It appears they've built its re-election chances on the assumption that its opposition would be split. That strategy didn't work in a recent election in Vancouver.

This is a huge waste of potential. 20% of zero is zero. Even worse than this is all the apartment buildings that don't get built at all. The Secured Rental Policy doesn't work for most eligible sites.
