A Very good Question. I think the current funding bill from the House is stalled bc the Senate wants to put Ukraine funding in it. The House wants to delete that, and make Ukraine $$$ a separate bill.

This quote looks bogus. It’s too over the top. Plus the June date doesn’t make sense. The 2020 Election (which Biden would “win”) was still 4+ months away. She may have meant “the Fix is In” (which was probably true), but spoke prematurely.
