For our first keynote, we hear from Dr Paul Redmond about an intergenerational workplace, and how we should manage different generations and how there are very different expectations from different cohorts. #NatspecNC24

Our first keynote this morning features an address from Lynette Barrett and Clare Howard, providing an overview of the state of the specialist FE sector. #NatspecNC24
