Timely reminder about risks posed by under-used sinks and taps particularly if/when ward practice has to change. Eg. Use of full PPE on a ward = less handwashing = more underused sinks. Keep water moving!

Reviewed a paper the other day. Fellow reviewer recommended rejection - article was not interesting as SARS-CoV-2 was not detected. Unacceptable. We are fighting publication bias. How can we trust the science if we are unable to review all of the science. #overit
