PhD graduation day King's Business School. It was absolutely amazing to celebrate with family and friends. Glad to be part of #ForeverKings community.

Busy campus days are back. Everybody looks happy and is excited to be back. Tourists take photos of the school’s building during summer, and students do the same during term time. I take photos when I spot something unusual.

Tell me students are back without telling me students are back. Heterogeneous preferences don’t apply here, everybody loves pasta.

Great panel discussion happening at the St Edmund’s College on the topic of relationship between humans and AI. Perspectives on who controls AI, ethical applications of AI in medicine, sustainability of AI etc. A lot to consider while focusing on the benefits.

Another great panel discussion going on Bennett Institute for Public Policy Annual Conference on actions needed to respond to the social, economic and geopolitical disruptions being caused by AI.

During my PhD, when presenting my work on central bank communication, focusing on the value of policymakers' speeches, it was common to receive the question, “But we have fan charts; why do we need an additional tool?” This book provides various insights into that question.

Paul Collier, the author of “The Future of Capitalism”, discussing his upcoming book analysing the regional disparities in development in England. The book “Left Behind: A New Economics for Neglected Places” will be released in two months.
