I’m so proud of breaking the abuse cycle in my birth family. I healed, learnt to be me, then learnt trust, boundries, conflict res. etc. No contact was vital. I worked on my EQ…hubs learnt with me…and is now using these skills building honesty, trust & love with *his* fam 😍
