Primary 1 have been learning about some Global Goals. We watched a little video clip then chatted about what they meant and how we could help #UNCRC #globalgoals

Ask us at home what we have been learning about the SHANARRI wheel and #UNCRC. Today we matched all 42 rights to SHANARRI and discussed how these may look and feel while we are at school and at home.

Today we heard 3 solo talks on dog breeds- Labrador, Huskie and Löwchen. All presented in different styles and very informative. St Joseph's RC PS

Today, during reading, we used meta-linguistics strategies to work out meanings of tricky words in context. (ex)pedition, (anti)toxin, (epi)demic and militia. We used dictionaries to check if we were correct. St Joseph's RC PS
