I’m being told that Barking and Dagenham Council are charging ex right to buy leaseholders in Thames View £4,000 a year in reserve fund contributions on 1 bedroom low rise flats. They also have no proof that funds are being placed into a ring-fenced account. Anyone know what I can suggest to
