This raises a fair point, but how well do we do at training 3rd year DPT students in clinics in the states? Vs just use them for revenue in mills?

Adding CBT-insomnia to pain management didn’t out perform pain management alone. But it did independently improve sleep quality. Pain doesn’t need to be a sleep death sentence?

58 M / Severe axial back pain and concurrent right hip pain. Not happy with years of pain. Sports med injected GT -> 40% improvement at hip FADIR (+) Pain with IR Hip MRI - neg Lumbar MRI - neg, age related stuff you’d expect except….. what do we make of disc at L3-4?
