Marek Houston is going to be a polarizing player this cycle, but I’m all in. 14% Whiff, 19% Chase with elite bend and a good path. Also one of the best gloves in NCAA, and will surely stay at SS. Wiry 6’3” frame that should fill out, all he needs is fringe power to be a stud.

Kruz Schoolcraft is a consensus top prep at this point. Hard to find pitchers that move this well at 6’4, let alone 6’8. Already up to 97, he’s one of the hardest throwers in the class with + extension and features 2 secondaries that flash plus.

Vol transfer Liam Doyle has one of the louder fastballs in this class. There are still parts of his game to iron out, but he could rise throughout this cycle. Currently projects as a day 2 pick. 92.4 MPH 20/10 movement 2310 RPM 34.6% whiff 30.0% chase

Alec Blair is a good name for ‘25. Another long and lean lefty. 2 sport super-athlete committed to the Sooners for 🏀/⚾️. Has plenty of room to fill out and add pop to his impressive hand speed. Also pitches but I like him as an OF.

After walking-off the Brewers last night, OF Alec Blair (Lafayette, Ca.) squares up his second 100+ mph EV. This one barely misses getting out. Comfortably ‘plus’ raw power in 6-6 frame. Tools to play CF. Michael Saunders? Also a 5-star basketball recruit to Oklahoma.

Landon Harmon is a name to watch. Fastball is up 98 (avg 93.0) with cut/ride and he had a 34% whiff on the summer. Lanky 6’5 build with size to add. Great feel for spin on both the fastball and a power curve that averaged 77.2 in 2024.
