We just got this MUR plat approved for a client - They will be the first at attempting a 4- Plex on a 7k sqft lot under the new amendments. We were also able to help them clear up most of the issues they could potentially face in permitting.

💯 - I know a guy in Htx who owns a concrete/foundation business (prints $). To his long term clients as a courtesy allows them to pay 60days or so after the foundation is poured/job complete. His only rule when he calls for the full payment, you have 24hrs.
