Our carbon footprint does not control arctic ice. The sun and submarine volcanoes do that. There is much historical evidence of ice melt & thaw throughout the ages, but the alarmists choose to ignore this history.

Wild fires are mostly the result of three things. 1. Long hot dry summers 2. The pursuit of misguided Green policies that discourage/prevent clearing of deadwood and fire breaks etc. 3. Man's carelessness with campfires etc or even direct arson.
