Do things outside your comfort zone 😬 Been talking about trying a track 🏃‍♀️ event for a while & after nearly talking myself out of it for most of the day & right up to the event I did my first 3K event at 52! It was hard, I was lapped & I was last but I did it! #runningparamedic
