There are "varying legal opinions" on this question in exactly the same way that there are "varying scientific opinions" on whether human activity is causing global climate change

I'm challenging everyone reading this to commit to (1) Learning the truth about #KeepingFamiliesTogether and the inhumane Republican legal challenge to it (see thread) and (2) Explaining it to someone in a personal conversation. RT if you will do this, like if you have!

Here's all you need to know about Andrew Bailey as a person: This coward just proudly told a federal court that 9000 US citizens who live in Missouri don't belong there--but back home he doesn't have the integrity to tell his voters what #KeepingFamiliesTogether *actually is*

Pablo Manríquez Todd Miller Hey a good podcast on the US Citizens’ spouses court case- Very nice for the personally affected to hear how pissed off this guy is on our behalf. Great explanation of the court case and entertaining. Starts at min. 25:50 x.com/openargs/statu…

Excellent podcast with Matt Cameron explaining in detail what PIP is and it is not, and why the evil lawsuit filed by Texas makes no sense - cruelty is the point. #KeepingFamiliesTogether #AmericanFamiliesUnited

OA 1064: Jack Smith gets his immunity scissors out for Trump's DC indictment, and Matt is knives out for America's worst AGs. Why are these cowards telling a federal judge that thousands of their own voters need to be exiled from the US for 10 years? #KeepingFamiliesTogether

CORRECTION: in the course of describing what a career loser Kris W. Kobach is (accurate) on today's show, Matt said that he only won his election by a few hundred votes (inaccurate). It was actually 16,493--but he was very close on the vote percentage: 50.8 (he said 50.5)

We'd love to have a bilingual Brazilian attorney or legal journalist join us to explain Elon Musk's feud with the Brazilian government! Please feel free to DM or to tag in anyone who might be good for this. Obrigado!

You don't have to be a lawyer to know that paying #TimPool 100K an episode was a criminal waste of cash! But why was it an actual federal crime, and how many "victims" might still be revealed? We've got a full breakdown of DOJ's case against Tim's Russian bosses on today's show
