Omaha North girls runner-up at BT invite last Saturday. Way to go Vikings!

Noah Richardson made a secondary time in the 500 yesterday swimming a 5:23.2! Way to go Noah.

Metro team dinner. What an amazing group of swimmers and parents. Azzy Liam Murray Award! Well deserved!

Jenna Pospisil gets a secondary time in the 100 freestyle swimming a 59.61. Girls' team bringing all three relays back to Metro finals tomorrow! V-Up! We Are North Swimming!

Noah Richardson dropped his 500 time by another 5 seconds swimming a 5:18 coming back tomorrow for Metro finals meet. Boys team also bringing back 2 Relays. V-Up! We Are North Swim.

Noah Richardson qualified for State in the 500 freestyle, dropping 14 seconds from prelims to finals at Metro. He is going in 23rd in the state and 2 seconds from breaking the ONH record. Noah is hard-working, giving 100% at every practice, an amazing leader, and role model!

Omaha North swim is very proud of our two state competitors. Noah Richardson swam the 500 coming in 26th in the State and Micah Miller placed 4th in the unified 50 free. What a great ending to their seasons.
