We have declared a critical incident due to extreme pressures on our service. As a result, some patients may wait longer for an ambulance while others could be advised to access alternative services if their call is not life-threatening. 1/2

Incidents of #aggressive behaviour in our #hospital are escalated to me through Datix “verbally aggressive,abusive , threatening & posturing towards the staff , security called” just one of 2 received overnight our staff are here to care for you-not to expect abuse #zerotolerance
