indeed, the NHS LTWP ignores the cost of employing more staff. But it is worse than that: it assumes major productivity gains from more capital spend, better management and more digital investment but entirely ignores them in the plan...

I don't get the position that says political parties are fine and good but voting on party lines when you don't agree with them is bad. If you want to make the case that political parties are bad and should be abolished, then I'm listening.
