Had an unusual situation the other day. Used ticket machine using video magnifier. Ticket refused to print. Was told I would be refunded but havent been and had to buy another ticket. This could affect anyone.

And they can install wi-fi on some of the trains, when I can't even get in the door in my wheelchair. Their priorities are not our priorities, but our priorities are more basic.
