Illustrator Interrupted PZ The cost they've inflicted upon economies is enormous. You're simply not going to get rid of post/persistent infection illness by psychologisation. By elbowing themselves in, they've set back research decades.

Dear President Levin, The speakers at the Stanford Medicine conference claim to have been censored. You are giving the intro & it’s your obligation to amplifying what they said. You should reject censorship. I can help. My latest for ScienceBasedMed sciencebasedmedicine.org/nocensorship/

Admittedly, I'm in a foul mood today...but if you believe that language development in kids just starting school has been seriously impacted by a few months of 'lockdown' when they were tiny babies, then I'm sorry, but you're stupid/gullible.

This has devastating physical consequences with people being sicker than they would be without medical gaslighting. People die because of medical gaslighting! And it's not just them at that moment, they can also put things in your file that influence future care. 3/

As I've been saying for awhile, anti COVID vaccine sentiment will keep increasing. "Vaxx and relax" just doesn't align with the reality of this virus. And as people's health continues to deteriorate, they will blame the vaccine for their problems

As far as infections go, there is absolutely no upside to infecting yourself. The only imagined benefit is some socially constructed nonsense. The fact that you have actual doctors and actual professors promoting this insanity is mind-boggling.

The most harm caused to ME patients has been by cognitive-behavioural treatments like CBT + graded exercise therapy (GET), recommended by GPs. Even now when GET is explicitly warned against by NICE guidelines, some GPs insist on prescribing it. Please let The Telegraph know.

ME Association The Telegraph Richard Vallée Unfortunately, conventional medicine’s habit of either ignoring or psychologising post/persistent infection illness has created a vacuum. It allows the likes of highly controversial but scientifically unproven treatments like the lightning process or acuseeds to flourish.

I mean I guess this point keeps needing to be made for the uninitiated and incredulous people in the back, but people living with ME/CFS and their clinicians and researchers are not at all surprised by this…yet unfailingly surprised that other people are still surprised by this.

Dear Diary, We tested water again, and for the third straight year, it made a rock wet. We will test next year to see if the observed trend holds. Maybe next year we will use a different rock.

And, oh by the way, decreased prevalence estimated based on clinic attendance isn’t measuring a reduction in Long Covid occurrence. It’s measuring the people who’ve given up on the traditional ways to seek and receive care because they aren’t working to their satisfaction. ✨✨✨

Todd Davenport Main purpose of long covid clinics seems to be creating the illusion that treatments exist. But the deception is directed at the healthy public. Patients already know these clinics are a bad joke.
