After too much lunch I did yoga & was struggling. Sabo the Great Egret flew in so I opened the balcony door. He stayed for ~45 minutes. In conclusion I did a strong OHM & dedicated it to him. I believe carries my grandfather’s spirit & I’m honoring his spiritual practices. 🤍
