Mission 67, 22nd May ’44; Siracourt No-Ball site. 22 aircraft dispatched, 21 effective. Bombed on PFF. Target still considered viable. Luftwaffe or any other opposition light. I would seem this target is being used as a ruse to bring out the Luftwaffe so that it can be reduced.

Mission 78, 3rd June ’44; Stella Plage, France. Gun emplacements and fortifications bombed.  A great deal north of the invasion beaches, it would seem this raid was part of the greater strategy of convincing the Nazis that the intended invasion target was Calais.
