I’m done for a couple of weeks. Tired but so very grateful that I get to work with so many values driven leaders all year! Thank you to every single school and trust that allows us to convene them Whole Education. I will never forget what a privilege that is! Happy summer.

On my way home from my first ever researchED event #rED24. Really glad to have been able to talk #accountability and #CPDL with Philippa Cordingley and Bart Crisp. Exploring the possibilities of making evaluation part of staff training rather than part of accountability.
