guys i ate kinda bad today but it’s fine i’ll just do a lot of cardio tmrw… i had chipotle & a protein shake… & then peanut m&ms and a small pizza….

diet is so hard honestly- the urge to want to just eat something man.. i love my food and i want to enjoy it- but at the same time i need to stay diligent in having a cheat day, not many. i just down water when hungry or sparking water- makes my little cheat day feel special
