Molly Jong-Fast Ro Khanna There’s plenty of talk about which Democrats are for what but, there’s no where near enough talk about why Republicans are against everything.

It's so important to carve out space and time for medical communication--this can get lost in the various pressures of the inpatient hospital world--but patients and their loved ones need "us" to keep improving and keep them in focus. ❤️

This is a really great primer on how to write a recommendation letter that doesn't get lost in the shuffle. It's a two way street--the writer needs focused material to work from in order to craft a standout letter. 🙂

Lovely humanistic writing about processing the shared experiences of medical care in the pandemic era. atsjournals.org/doi/10.1513/An…

Lovely and vulnerable writing that cautions about interrupting patients/ families with our "agenda". Scenarios vary but if *their* main concern/issue isn't clearly addressed then it's hard to build a relationship that allows for shared decision making.
