It was great celebrating Beeyali at the first Creative Ecologies Research Cluster event at UniSC: University of the Sunshine Coast last night with Lyndon Davis and Leah Barclay and seeing one of my all time favourite images I've made up on The Rise!

Started an amazing new project this week using AI text to image generation looking at food choices with older people of different cognitive abilities living in aged care. We co-created images of their favourite meals using AI, though often the results were hilarious first time!!

Saying goodbye to all the international students today in my classes was the hardest yet! But so many new friends across the world whom I'm keeping in touch with. I am fortunate that I get a very high international enrolments in my classes and it's pretty great. UniSC: University of the Sunshine Coast

The Ageing Well Creative Lab crew had a great session today in the UniSC Art Gallery looking at the exhibition Strange Weather (part of ISEA 2024). Thanks Megan Williams for the floor talk and Grayson Cooke for the incredible images of invalid data! A truly stunning exhibition!

Had the best Ageing Well Creative Lab today - the attendees we dropped off SUPER early so we went to a cafe and chatted in the sun. The creative task didn't go to plan - but it was fun laughing and failing. A good reminder things don't have to be perfect to add value to life.
