I've been supporting decisions about patient care needs for 25yrs but it doesn't prepare you for making decisions for your Mum's care needs. There are more day care centres for puppies than for loved ones with Dementia #Alzheimers

Well this is very cool! Not many years ago dedicated education/development roles were pretty unheard of for AHPs. Our workforce is our most valuable asset. These roles are critical to retention, job satisfaction, role optimisation, wellbeing and quality patient care.
