Well this is very cool! Not many years ago dedicated education/development roles were pretty unheard of for AHPs. Our workforce is our most valuable asset. These roles are critical to retention, job satisfaction, role optimisation, wellbeing and quality patient care.

We need to break the cycle of staff leaving #NHS. There are things out of our control but there are some things in our control Do we look after them? Meet their basic needs? Develop them? Be flexible? Value them? Give autonomy? Create diverse roles? Recruit fairly? Basic Needs at Work 💛🧡
