Well, it seems my KLM has lost my bag between Amsterdam & Hamburg Airport 🕊 and although I left the address of my hotel with the baggage service, it has not arrived at my hotel yet. The flight landed 6 hours ago and I still got nothing… Help??

Hello ⁦KLM⁩ ⁦Air France-KLM Group⁩ I reported a lost bag and was contacted by @klm9102 Here and then DM’d and called by this person - I feel I am being scammed. I hope that there is no way that just with my email address a person can go & collect my bag, is there?

Whew! Got my bag back, no thanks to KLM customer service & the Hamburg airport courier service…Sky Priority, my ass! I had to come back to the airport to find the bag, hoping it wasn’t being delivered to my hotel at the same time. Zero communication!!
