Dr. Eng. Chen Guanfu, Chairman of POWERCHINA International Group Limited, visited UEGCL Head Offices in Kampala this morning. Dr. Eng. Harrison E. Mutikanga highlighted the progress made at Karuma HPP (600MW) with all 6 units synchronized to the national grid and a physical progress rate of 99.98%.
