The U.S. Embassy announced today that it will increase consular services in Havana for non-immigrant visas. This is an important step to facilitate regular and orderly migration, and more needs to be done.

NEW: The Biden administration will once again allow migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela apply to enter the U.S. if they have a financial sponsor in the country. The program had been paused for several weeks due to a review of some sponsor applications.
