I’d like to know more about the deal that @cnn struck that led them to agree not to do a single fact check throughout the debate. Because clearly, that must have been one of the agreements. I can’t see any other explanation for why there was no actual journalism tonight.

Breaking news: the mainstream media finally discovered (or finally deemed it worthy to report about) Project 2025, MONTHS after so many people have been screaming from the rooftops about it. (Yes, CNN announced it as “breaking news” last night.) It was published over a year ago.

Put aside politics for a moment. We have a real crisis in the U.S. Numerous shootings follow this pattern: young man, “loner”, bullied, access to weapons…Haven’t seen analysis of his online activity yet, but suspect we’ll see a pattern there too. We MUST address these issues.

Prediction: On tomorrow's NY Times podcasts, they'll find that one student who got detention from Walz 20 years ago who will talk about what a terrible choice this is. 🤷🏻‍♀️
