I’ve been unwell for the past few days so trying to get some veggies in the system.

New statistics show that the number of schools using National Tutoring Programme has increased since January 2024. Such a shame we are saying goodbye to the programme this year. A lost opportunity.

A Level results day! Such a big day in the Yipiyap calendar as it always feels like the start of the new academic year.

It’s my birthday! Came third in my local pub quiz last night and the whole affair was very low key.

And we’re back! Absolutely loved attending one of our Yipiyap training sessions today. I was very impressed with the cohort and can’t wait to start visiting them in their school/college placements in the coming weeks.

I don’t know if I’m just following the right people but I have seen so much positivity on here over the last few days about going back to school/work. It’s made me very happy knowing teachers are returning feeling well! ☀️

Officially a student again! I’ve started my Portuguese language course and I’m loving it. After a year of Brazilian duolingo I made the investment in a proper European course. Watch this space - bilingual Jess is a work in progress 🇵🇹
