For over 25 years Hospice Vaughan has provided compassionate care to those living with life-limiting illness or suffering grief. With the support of our members & Civilian Director Sonia Facchini we donated $500 to their community hospice care as part of our #GiveBack program.

In 2022, tragedy struck as an active shooter terrorized the Bellaria Residence condominium in Vaughan. The swift and courageous response of members of the York Regional Police exemplified selflessness and heroism in the face of unspeakable tragedy. #EveryDayHeroesON
Our #HeroesInLife will always been remembered. On Sunday, September 29 at 11:00am, we join Canadian Police & Peace Officers Memorial to pay tribute to those that we have lost in the line of duty. The Reading of Names will start at 9:00am. The service will broadcast live at: CPPOM.ca/Live
We will never forget Constable Douglas Tribbling who died on Aug 21, 1984. He was 49 years old with only two years until retirement, and the first York Regional Police officer to be killed in the line of duty. He began his career with Markham Township Police in 1956. Our #HeroesInLife.
On behalf of our members, a big thank you goes out to the Aurora Chamber and their membership for their generous donations towards our #GiveBack program. The $1,210 they raised at their Member Summer BBQ will be donated to Aurora Food Pantry - thank you!
Proud to be supporting South Simcoe Police Association’s Fallen Heroes Memorial Golf Tournament with our fellow members. Proceeds from today’s tournament will be donated to Boots On The Ground, a 24 hour support line for First Responders in Ontario. #SupportingOurCommunities
