Found these Normal Rockwell embossed prints in my Mom's stuff, so I cut some double mats (brown and white) and used a simple brown frame with gold accents. I wasn't thrilled at first cuz I'm not really a Rockwell fan, but I love how it turned out.

Does toasted pine nut couscous with goat cheese and sautéed shiitake mushrooms sound good? I'm unsure right now.
