Tosguna staff joined the 20th Annual Sisters In Spirit Vigil. Peace March & Rally today! Among others in attendance, they marched to honor, raise awareness, and demand justice for all of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and Two-Spirited Peoples (MMIWG2S+).

Today, November 15th is recognized as Rock your Mocs Day across turtle 🐢 island. This tradition started as a positive opportunity to be united and celebrate indigenous and Nation individuality by wearing moccasins. Now it is celebrated from November 12-18, 2023!

Welcome our newest member to Tosguna- Tsuut’ina Nation Police Services, Cst. Nathan Montgrand! Cst. Montgrand was sworn in with a traditional eagle feather by TNPS Chief of Police, Keith Blake. Nathan is a proud member of the Peepeekisis Cree Nation, Treaty 4 Territory.

The missing person from early today has been located. Thank you to everyone who helped with the search.

This lovely young lady was found along Highway 22 near Redwood Meadows and rescued by Redwood Meadows Fire. If anyone knows her owner they can contact Albert with Pause4Change Calgary at 403-681-9928.
