🌞 What a day for a clean-up! This morning we met volunteers at the Donmouth to take part in the 24hr litter pick organised by Clean Up Aberdeen in association with Keep Scotland Beautiful. We removed 28.2KGS, including a lot of polystyrene, cans and disposable BBQs! #beachclean

My friend who is wildlife guiding on a cruise ship at the moment sent me this picture from Svalbard today. A bit of extreme beach cleaning required 😅 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Just goes to show that plastic gets everywhere

👍 Shout out to our volunteers from Shell UK last Friday. They managed to remove an impressive 435KG from Aberdeen Beach and Estuary. Plenty disposable BBQs, cans, bottles, metal and a crisp packet from 1984!! #beachclean #beachcleanup #beachlitter #litterpick

👏 Thank you to all of our volunteers from Mintlaw Academy yesterday who took part in a beach clean at Scotstown, St Fergus. Together the pupils worked incredibly hard and managed to remove 220KGs of litter from the beach!! #beachclean #beachcleanup #beachlitter #litterpick

Well done to all of the volunteers from bp United Kingdom who did a great job cleaning up Blackdog beach on Friday. They removed 125KGs of litter and considering that a lot of this consisted of lightweight polystyrene and styrofoam, they removed a lot! #beachclean #beachlitter
