If you are stressed and anxious, then read this before you go to bed and again when you wake up. An amazing author, with fantastic words of advice that are so true.

What incredible turnout it was on Saturday. Lovely to experience the premier of the Light Within with all the cast and crew. Everyone did an Incredible job, the film turned out beautifully and it was a pleasure to work on sound design alongside Graham Tully again #filmsound
