For $700 I could fund a whole chunk of new art for a game project. Money for independent artists, better indie games for you, everyone wins. And the resulting game wouldn't need a $700 machine to run, either.

People make games. If you fire all the people who make the games, but keep all the people who just sit in boardrooms there won't be games. It is that easy.

Update: things still not great, now 3 to 5 months off from getting some relief. Hanging in there. Honestly hanging in there is about the best folks can do these days so I think I'm still in the upper percentile. Still working on the game, very slowly but surely.
