Some of the team have been at the 3 day Building Limes Forum event in Lincoln. Company director and Building Limes Forum Committee member Phil lectured on Water Management of Historic building.

Scaffolding going up this week at Bury Fusiliers Museum. Our team will be undertaking roofing repairs for the next 16 weeks.

Work continues at Catterick Garrison Cemetery. Today the team have been working on resurfacing the damage area of paths. Same again tomorrow, top coating.

We have been out on Helmshore Viaduct this week with Orb Rope Access installing new Aluminium downpipes. A wet week but the team managed to complete on time.

We will be starting the hugh restoration programme next week at the Former St John's Church in Scunthorpe, which now makes up part of the Visual Arts Centre. A 40 week programme for work will take us through till July 2024.

Visual Arts Centre project well under way now. Scaffolding continues to grow around the tower. Beam being installed ready to bridge over the Nave. The team are currently working on the internal masonry and timber.

We have returned to Burnley Town Hall. Scaffolding up in the 15m lightwell. Refurbishing 3 levels of toilets. The team is doing a brilliant job working on an active site with very critical time management required.

Progress meeting this week at the Visual Arts Centre. Some amazing limestone carving on this building. Work progress well, tower masonry works well underway. Ironstone replacements also lime grouting and pointing of the Limestone. Masonry works start next week on the Chancel.

Work starting this week on Phase 3 at Wardley Hall in Manchester. Following on from the previous drainage works, we have undertaken. We are now installing new top water drains to the access roads.

Final few weeks with the work at Burnley Town Hall. The project started last December refurbishing the 3 levels of bathrooms and panel cladding to the Lightwell. Removal of windows. #refurbishment #construction #fitout #restoration #blockwork #bathrooms

The 2nd crane lift at the 20-21 Visual Arts Centre in Scunthorpe went extremely well today. We cancelled the lift yesterday due to the weather. The team here at UK Restoration Services preformed fantasticly as always. The new carved stone sections look outstanding.

Newark Castle - on site this morning for the Pre-start meeting. Working commencing in May on a 26 weeks masonry restoration programme. Some very difficult access elements to contend with on this project.

Started this little project in Lancashire today. Re-roofing and timber repairs to this old barn. We have an external and internal scaffolding installed. The main principle rafter on the truss has decayed and collapsed. We are also dealing with purlin and rafter decay. #roofing

Busy week at Newark Castle restoring the masonry and preserving this monument for the future. Our team are working hard to delivery this difficult project. We have a specialist rope access team onsite undertaking the areas where we cannot get to with the spiders.
