The Mackinnon's went South for part of the break...During our 4 day camping trip to Fundy Park, we beta tested an ASDN toboggan. Then, under the cover of darkness and and with colder snow, we achieved a speed of 47.5 km/hr and nearly touched the opposite rim of the bowl! ASD-North

My son and I finished off the new enhancement to our wicked sled today; independent breaking. Plan to use it for course correction mainly. Looking forward to testing it out tomorrow! ASD-North

We used items I had on hand around the garage, Thule rack pieces bolted together, turn buckles, a steel bar,a bunny cord and old mt bike bar ends used for climbing back in the day. We will see how the braking (for steering) works tomorrow in the fresh snow! ASD-North
