On July 18th, Dream with STEAM summer program participants from Escondido High School joined UWSD staff for a behind-the-scenes tour of local defense contractor, Cubic! By partnering with local STEAM businesses like Cubic, we are exposing students high-paying, in-demand careers.

Last week, UWSD kicked off our second SparkPoint site in Southeast San Diego! Partnering with Chicano Federation, Community Housing Works, and Logan Heights CDC, we'll offer financial coaching and literacy workshops to help individuals achieve their financial goals.
