We are delighted to welcome Dr Chinmai Patibandla to our research group! Chinmai has 4 years’ postdoctoral experience specialising in pancreatic beta cells in the context of type 2 diabetes. He joins our project exploring early stage T1D development and progression.

Our researchers are building an AI tool to spot early signs of dementia. 🧠 The software tool will use AI to analyse brain scans from the Scottish population to find patterns that could indicate risk of developing dementia. More on the SCAN-DAN project: buff.ly/3AEXJFu
