Had a little time to catch up with some general surgery co-residents while on 24-hour call. My advice I can give from call that night: 1. Chew you cherry tomatoes 2. Lock you car doors while at the ER department

More advice from a general surgery resident: Change my mind but apple sauce on the go is a great snacking addition to the infamous protein bar. No mess and easily fits in your scrub pocket.
