When HHMI launched the #hannagrayfellows program in 2017, our goal was to select outstanding postdocs who would go on to be future leaders in academic science. Fast forward to 2024, 37 fellows are now faculty members, with 70 and counting moving toward that goal.

It was a pleasure to host the #HannaGrayFellows at HHMI this week! The retreat was filled with insightful discussions, professional development, and meaningful connections. We look forward to more inspiring collaborations in the future! ✨
