If devs using AI are already working 4x faster, I wonder what happens when they start deploying AI software engineers alongside them. Feels like everyone will be a 10x dev if you know how to prompt LLMs/Agents. And the 10x devs now will be 100x devs

Just finished the first Interpersonal Dynamics course I facilitate and teach in a new culture, the one I originally come from. It is so rewarding when ten people tell you you transformed their life. It is also incredible to see the culture you know well through new lenses.

I’ve been swimming in Adriatic sea for longer than I want to admit. Last autumn I noticed pretty lifeless seabed. I thought it was end of season post tourists but now, absence of plant life and presence of some sediment is obvious. Ecosystem is disrupted.
