While checking a tractor-trailer, CVU discovered 3 broken/missing bolts, 2 tires with exposed cord, 1 tire less than half inflated, 1 brake out of adjustment. Driver's morning pre-trip shows "no defects found"...really?!! $311 fine and vehicle out of service. #WeAreChecking
