Before starting vetting of individual CS nominees, National Assembly KE & individual MPs should have asked the threshold question:

Does the corporate list meet basic constitutional requirement, e.g. gender, regional diversity etc.

If it had, it would have sent the list back to sender.

If the constitution had an opinion about the 'prime' in prime cabinet secretary, it would say it is just a status placebo.
